MazKir Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 8, 2026
Provider: MrDigit Holdings LLC
Contact: support@mazkirs.com

Scope

This policy describes privacy practices for mazkirs.com, mazkirs.ai, MazKir’s desktop application, licensing/subscription interactions, and customer-initiated support. A customer who separately enables an external AI provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy terms.

Local meeting information

MazKir is designed for local-first recording, transcription, and AI assistance. Meeting recordings and transcripts are generally managed in storage selected or controlled by the customer. Routine license checks do not require uploading meeting recordings or transcripts. Optional publishing/export settings and optional external AI connections can change where customer-selected data goes. The product should not be described as having zero network traffic.

Information that may be processed

For license-key and subscription management: verified purchaser contact email, subscription identifiers/status, activation-key issue/redemption records, device identifiers, activation/check-in records, time-limited self-service verification and security logs. MazKir does not require a permanent application username/password account. For payments: the merchant of record handles payment information; MazKir may receive transaction status and identifiers but should not store complete payment-card numbers. For support: emails, messages, and diagnostic packages that a customer chooses to submit; such packages may contain logs, meeting metadata, transcript content, or other sensitive information. For websites: page visits, source/referrer information, device/browser indicators, and interaction events where analytics is enabled.

Uses of information

We use information to deliver and secure subscriptions, authorize devices, provide support, maintain our websites, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and understand aggregate website use. We do not need meeting content for routine license validation. We do not sell customers’ meeting recordings or transcripts as advertising data.

Sharing and third parties

Relevant providers may include Dodo Payments for hosted checkout/subscription administration; Google Analytics through Google Site Kit for website measurement; hosting and email vendors for website operation and support; and external AI providers only when selected and configured by the customer. Providers may process data under their own applicable policies. Public information should not claim these services are all hosted in a particular country unless verified.

Cookies and analytics

Both MazKir websites use Google Analytics measurement associated with a shared analytics property. The marketing site presents an analytics preference choice. Nonessential analytics collection should respect applicable consent requirements and visitor choices on both sites. Visitors may also use browser privacy controls. We do not intentionally submit meeting content, customer support messages, payment-card numbers, or other directly identifying sensitive information as analytics events.

Data retention and security

Customer-controlled local content remains on customer-selected storage until the customer or another authorized process changes or removes it. Company-held licensing, billing status, support, and website analytics records are retained only for legitimate service, security, accounting, and legal needs and deleted or de-identified according to applicable retention practices. No specific retention period is promised here because storage and provider settings must first be documented. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Privacy choices and requests

Users may contact support@mazkirs.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by the Company, subject to identity verification and legal requirements. The Company generally cannot remotely erase files kept exclusively on the customer’s own device. Subscription cancellation, device deactivation, and privacy deletion requests are separate processes. Rights and available remedies vary by jurisdiction.

Children, changes, and contact

MazKir is intended for business and adult use, not knowingly directed at children. Material updates to this policy will be published with an updated date and notices provided where required. For privacy concerns contact support@mazkirs.com. This policy does not limit rights under applicable privacy law.
