MazKir Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime through self-service

MazKir subscriptions are designed to be managed and canceled through an authenticated customer subscription portal, without contacting support. Uninstalling MazKir does not cancel recurring billing. A cancellation becomes effective when the payment system confirms it; a customer should keep the confirmation and paid-through date. This self-service capability must be implemented and tested before accepting live subscriptions.

Your paid time remains yours

When an active paid subscription is canceled, automatic renewal stops. MazKir remains available with paid functionality until the stated subscription expiry boundary at midnight UTC, provided Dodo cancellation is set to take effect at period end. Cancellation does not generate a prorated refund. At the subscription expiration boundary, access to all MazKir application functionality ends, including in-app review and export. Customer files remain in their original Windows storage locations and may be accessed through File Explorer with other compatible software. No post-expiration file-finding, migration, viewer, or export feature is promised or required. The licensing implementation must pass this acceptance test before launch.

Canceling a trial

If a customer cancels the trial before the first charge, the subsequent paid subscription will not begin. Access may remain available through the scheduled trial end. The payment provider’s checkout will identify the specific trial dates and first scheduled charge. A valid payment method is required when starting the introductory trial.

Restricted refunds — reviewed individually

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable. No automatic refund is issued for an unused portion of a paid month. Requests are reviewed case by case. Relevant examples include unauthorized card use, duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, payment errors, or other circumstances warranting review. An inquiry does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are processed according to applicable merchant-of-record and payment-method procedures.

Unauthorized charges

If you believe your card was used without permission, promptly contact your card issuer and email support@mazkirs.com. Bank disputes, chargebacks, mandatory refunds, and legally protected remedies remain available according to applicable law and payment-network rules. The Terms’ arbitration clause does not prevent those processes.
